Char BBQ was born from that heart, to share the joy of food that’s cooked right, served with pride, and remembered long after the meal is over.

Char BBQ prepared a special item (Chicago style Italian beef) for a Rotary Club fundraiser, serving nearly 200 people. The beef sandwiches were fantastic; the service was great and the communication with us was impeccable. We always knew what was going on at every stage of the process.
